Graduated from St. Louis College in 1952, and the University of Hawaii Continuing Education - Marketing, Accounting, Insurance, Real Estate Principles and Practices and was a former State Legislator - (1988-1990) and represented the 22nd House District encompassing Aina Haina to Hawaii Kai and retired as a Land Agent - Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.
