Bullard Director Grew up in Kailua, Oahu, attended St. Anthony’s School and graduated from St. Louis High School in 1981. He attended the University of Hawaii and majored in Broadcast Communications. He is presently Senior Director with Heinrich Marketing and Chairman of Public Relations and Communications for the St. Louis Alumni Association. He has served on the Membership Committee for several years and assists Saint Louis School with PR and Communications.
